Shail Highbloom is an experienced professional with diverse expertise in venture capital, operations, and product management. Currently serving as Senior Manager in the Platform division at Alumni Ventures, Shail has progressed through various roles within the same company since August 2022. Shail is also an active member of Global Women in VC and the VC Platform Global Community. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Associate and Senior Investment Analyst at Stone Arch Group, where Shail contributed to investment functions and strategic projects for multiple startups. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Tulane University, supplemented by international study experiences in both Spain and Austria.
