Shashi Srikantan is a seasoned investment leader currently serving as the Managing Director at Level Up Ventures and Hearst, where expertise is focused on early-stage, tech-enabled startups led by Black and Latino founders. Srikantan also contributes as a member of Global Women in VC and serves as a HearstLab Scout, providing advisory support to early-stage, women-led startups.
