Victoria Smith is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as an Investment Lead for North America at Zacua Ventures and actively participating as a member of Global Women in VC. With experience as an investor for multiple organizations including Pathways and FLEXNODE, Victoria successfully sourced and led investment into North America’s first female-led sustainability initiative during an oversubscribed pre-seed round. Additionally, Victoria is the Founding Director and Local Chapter Leader for Women in Construction Tech, promoting opportunities for women in the construction industry. Victoria’s previous roles include Board Member at The Society for Construction Solutions - NYC and Corporate Innovation Manager at STO Building Group. Victoria holds both a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University.
