Rachel Crater

Rachel Crater is an accomplished marketing and hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Witham Family Hotels since August 2021, and as a member of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality since December 2023. Through their consultancy, Rachel Crater, Rachel aids small and family-owned lodging providers in enhancing their marketing and operations. Previously, Rachel held the role of Director of Sky Lodge at Unity College, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Other experience includes positions such as Assistant General Manager at Maine Lakeside Cabins, Vice President at Backcountry Expeditions, and various roles in event management at Forrester Research. Rachel is also an active board member for the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Design and Corporate Communications from Bentley University.
