Abigail R. Meyer

Abigail R. Meyer, PhD, is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at The Aerospace Corporation since July 2022 and serves as an Executive Board Member for the Colorado Chapter of Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) since January 2022. Previously, Abigail acted as a PhD Candidate at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory from January 2018 to July 2022, and as a Graduate Student at the Colorado School of Mines from August 2017 to June 2022, where involvement included the CASE Fellowship and various mentorship and leadership roles within student organizations. Prior research experience includes a Research Assistant position at Iowa State University from August 2015 to May 2018 and a project internship at Black Creek Group in summer 2015. Abigail earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, having previously studied at Iowa State University from 2013 to 2017.
