Anthi Malteza is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business mentoring, strategic design, and user experience. Currently serving as a Business Mentor at SEGE and STARTAB, Anthi focuses on supporting women in career development and assisting aspiring entrepreneurs in developing solid business plans. As a self-employed Strategic Designer since 2012, Anthi helps individuals enhance their digital interactions and problem-solving skills through targeted mentoring, trainings, and workshops. Previous roles include Product Design Lead and Service Designer at various organizations and guest lecturer at CITY College, University of York Europe Campus.
