Sofia Eleftheriadi

Sofia Eleftheriadi is an experienced project coordinator currently working at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, focusing on Help to Grow and Knowledge Exchange initiatives. Sofia also serves as a mentor at Women On Top, advocating for women's economic empowerment and equality in the workplace. Previously, Sofia held the role of Partner Project Manager for the BRITE program at the University of Brighton, where responsibilities included stakeholder communications and management of training platforms. Experience also includes training partners in utilizing the INSPIRE platform and providing strategic support to project staff. Sofia started their career at the Metanoia Institute as a Data Entry Assistant, contributing to research and training in counseling and psychotherapy. Sofia holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
