Dawn O'Connor

Dawn O'Connor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, coaching, and community building. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Consultant for the Women Presidents Organization since June 2013, Dawn supports the onboarding and training of Chapter Chairs. In addition, Dawn holds multiple roles within the WPO, including Advisory Board Member, Board Nominations Committee Member, and Calgary Chapter Chair, where monthly meetings facilitate discussions among business owners with revenues exceeding $1 million. As a Master Productivity Ninja at Think Productive North America and the Founder of FOCUS BUBBLES, Dawn promotes productive working environments. Past roles include CEO Peer Mentoring Facilitator at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, Director of Internal Relations for Helping Youth Through Educational Scholarships, and Founder of Organizing Matters Inc. Dawn's educational background includes an HBA in Political Science from Western University and continued studies at Mount Royal University.
