Lily Ewen is an experienced online fitness coach currently working with Lift with Lily since September 2022, dedicated to empowering women globally in their health and fitness journeys. In addition to this role, Lily serves as an affiliate for both Women's Best and Oner Active. Prior to coaching, Lily gained valuable experience at Accenture as a Junior Recruiter and Assessment Centre Coordinator from January 2019 to September 2022, focusing on candidate management and enhancing the candidate experience. Early career experience includes serving as a Selling Assistant at John Lewis & Partners, where expertise in men's fashion was utilized to provide exceptional customer service. Lily holds CIPD Level 3 qualifications in Human Resources Practice and has completed certifications as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Fitness Instructor through Origym.
