Ivy Syovata has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ivy started their career at Sunlink in 2003 as a Credit Manager before moving on to Barclays Bank Kenya and Barclays Bank, where they held managerial positions from 2006 to 2009. In 2008, Ivy joined Innovative Sales Solutions Africa as a Sales Director, responsible for evaluating and improving sales performance. Ivy then worked as a Business Development professional at Escrow Research and Analysis in 2012. Ivy later joined PharmAccess Group as a Business Advisor, where they played a vital role in mobilizing resources and pioneering healthcare innovations until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Ivy served as a Business Development Manager at Philips. In 2020, they took on the position of President of the All Ladies League Nairobi Chapter at the Women Economic Forum. Currently, Ivy is the Chief Executive Officer at Incubator Nest Hub. In 2022, they also worked as a Business Development Manager at Africa Health Business. Ivy's work experience demonstrates their ability to excel in leadership, business development, sales, and advisory roles.

Ivy Syovata earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Maastricht School of Management between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Daystar University from 1998 to 2002.
