Kathy Odell

As a serial entrepreneur, Kathy experienced first-hand the challenges women face as business owners and leaders. When she first joined WEV as a member of the Board of Directors in 2010, she was impressed by how prepared WEV graduates were to tackle those challenges. Kathy dedicated herself to helping expand WEV’s capacity.

Over the next several years she got to see, up close and personal, the impact WEV makes in the community. In 2019 when WEV’s founder, Marsha Bailey, elected to retire, Kathy was asked to take over as CEO. For Kathy, filling this role is an absolute privilege and joy.
