Maisson Hassan Matar

Maisson Hassan Matar is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in empowering women and promoting social good initiatives. Since August 2015, Maisson serves as the Sudan Ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, a global movement aimed at supporting female entrepreneurs. Additionally, since January 2013, Maisson has been the CEO and Founder of Fandora, organizing recycling-crafts workshops across various communities and collaborating with NGOs to empower women and girls. Maisson's academic background includes a Master of Science in Nuclear Physics from the University of Cape Town, a postgraduate Diploma in Mathematical Sciences from the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Khartoum.
