Zhaundra C. Jones

Zhaundra C. Jones, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Philanthropy and Learning at the Women's Foundation of Alabama since August 2022. Prior to this role, Zhaundra held the position of Senior Program Officer at the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham from August 2017 to September 2022 and was a Program Manager for Youth Programs at Operation HOPE between September 2015 and July 2017, where Zhaundra led the rollout of award-winning youth empowerment initiatives. Zhaundra's earlier experience includes positions as Head Start Parent, Family & Community Engagement at the Jefferson County Committee for Economic Opportunity, President of Joyce Fernel Consulting, and various roles in public relations and program management with companies such as Fannie Mae and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Zhaundra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration from the UAB Collat School of Business.
