Eva Egozi

Eva Egozi has a diverse work experience that includes founding and leading the Florida branch of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF). As the founder and president of Miami Mujeres, Eva focuses on achieving permanent peace and equality for women through volunteer work with domestic violence shelters, mentorships with influential women, and community education on feminist perspectives. Eva is also a founding member and treasurer of Bridges to Brilliance Inc., a non-profit organization that promotes educational equity by providing mentoring and tutoring for K-12 students in disadvantaged schools. Additionally, Eva worked as a research assistant for Professor Colette Mazzucelli at Pioneer Academics, where they contributed to researching the economic ties between France and Algeria in the post-WWII era and its implications for Algerian women, with a focus on transnational feminism.
