Jennifer Menninger has a diverse work experience. Jennifer started as a Student Office Assistant at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg in 2013. In 2018, they worked as a Student Researcher at the Arnold Bergstraesser Institut (ABI) and also as a Self Employed Social Media Manager and Content Editor. In 2019, they became the Coordinator of Local Implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals at Rathaus Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf and an Online Editor at Plattform Zivile Konfliktbearbeitung. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Women's International League for Peace and Freedom - WILPF Germany.

Jennifer Menninger completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Intercultural Communication, as well as in South Asian Studies, from Heidelberg University in 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Gender, Culture, and Social Change from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck. In 2018, Jennifer obtained a certification as a Social Media Manager from WIFI Tirol in Innsbruck, Austria. Jennifer also completed a Diploma in Certified International Tourism Assistant from EDU.CON Potsdam in 2010 and studied Tourism Management at Schule für Touristik in 2010. Currently, Jennifer is enrolled at the University of Potsdam, where they are pursuing a Master of Arts degree in War and Conflict Studies, expected to be completed in 2024.
