Mina Pisan has a diverse range of work experience. In 2023, they founded and became the president of Bridges to Brilliance, a non-profit organization focused on mentoring and tutoring under-resourced elementary school students. Mina also served as the Vice President of the Miami Mujeres Branch for the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom. In the same year, they interned at Leadership Initiatives as a Public Health Intern and at Révolutionnaire, where they wrote articles and advertised them on social media. Mina also had a summer internship at the Law Office of the Public Defender, where they gained valuable knowledge about the judicial process. Additionally, in the same year, they also completed the Pre-College Program at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, specializing in Law and Politics.

Mina Pisan earned several certifications during their education journey. Mina completed a Psychology Internship and a Legal Education Internship at NSU University School in June 2023 and January 2023, respectively. Mina also completed a Summer Justice Internship at the Law Office of the Public Defender, 17th Judicial Circuit in June 2023.

Furthermore, they obtained various certifications through online programs and platforms. Mina completed "Ethics Conversations: Building an Ethics-Based Culture" through LinkedIn in May 2023. In April 2023, they completed "Becoming an Ally to All" and "Think Like a Lawyer to Make Decisions and Solve Problems" through LinkedIn. Likewise, they completed "Citizen Politics in America: Public Opinion, Elections, Interest Groups, and the Media" through HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in April 2023. Mina also completed "Fighting for Equality: 1950-2018" by ColumbiaX through Columbia University, and "U.S. Political Institutions: Congress, Presidency, Courts, and Bureaucracy" through HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX, both in April 2023. Additionally, they obtained the certification for "Writing Speeches" through LinkedIn in April 2023 and completed "Politics and Government: To Form A More Perfect Union" at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in January 2023. Their most recent certification, "Law: How To Think Like an Attorney," was obtained from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in December 2022.
