Jenny Jean-Baptiste

Jenny Jean-Baptiste is a skilled Money Coach with extensive experience in financial education and support for marginalized communities. Since November 2016, Jenny has worked as a 1-on-1 Money Coach at Surplus Financial Consultants, focusing on professionals, social workers, and first-generation entrepreneurs. In addition to personal coaching, Jenny has facilitated workshops aimed at reducing financial stress and improving credit management. Current roles include coaching women and girls at Women’s Money Matters and serving as a Finance & Operations Specialist at the Center for Economic Democracy. Jenny’s previous positions include advising Boston-based entrepreneurs through the Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative and supporting BIPOC businesses with the Boston Ujima Project. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from Curry College.
