Jenifer Sarver

Chair, Board of Directors at Women's Public Leadership Network

Jenifer Sarver is a public relations and communications expert with over fifteen years of experience in the field. Jenifer is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Women's Public Leadership Network.

Jenifer began their career as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University at Austin. Jenifer then went on to work as Chief of Staff to Karen Hughes, Global Vice Chair & General Manager of the Austin Office for Burson-Marsteller. In this role, Jenifer managed a wide variety of accounts and developed expertise in crisis communications.

In December 2017, Jenifer ran for U.S. Congress in Texas' 21st Congressional District. Although they were not elected, Jenifer's campaign was focused on reclaiming the core Republican values of limited government, local control and fiscal responsibility.

Jenifer is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing effective communications plans. Jenifer is a passionate advocate for women's leadership and is committed to helping more women run for office and get involved in the political process.

Jenifer Sarver has a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Public Administration in Public Communication from American University. Jenifer also has a Bachelor in Journalism and Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
