Martha’s research focus is on Southeast Asia countries. Before joining Women’s World Banking, she was a research manager at the Project Management Office of Kartu Prakerja, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, supporting the Indonesian government’s novelty program focusing on labors’ competency and entrepreneurship development. She managed collaboration research with independent institutions, such as J-PAL SEA, the World Bank, UNDP, ADB, SMERU, and other local and international institutions. Martha’s aspiration to become a specialist in financial inclusion, especially in global settings, leads her to spend her free time reading and learning about these specific topics.
She earned a Master’s of Economic Policy from College of Business and Economics at the Australian National University.
