Carl Valentin

Carl Valentin is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in information technology management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Won Life Brands since February 2023, Carl previously held the same title at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill from March 2019 to February 2023 and also served as Director of Information Technology there. Prior roles include Lead Product Manager at Xenial and Director of Information Technology at IHOP, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing IT operations for numerous restaurants and managing multiple IT projects. Carl's career began as an Implementation Specialist at MICROS Systems Inc, where significant contributions included leading a team for the installation and support of the Oracle 9700 Hospitality Management suite at major organizations. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on Networking from the University of Delaware.
