Alec Davis

Alec Davis is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Associate Director of M&A at Wonder since August 2025. Prior to this role, Alec worked at Lazard from March 2021 to January 2025 as an Investment Banking Associate, specializing in the Consumer and Retail sectors. Earlier experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. included positions as an Associate and Commercial Banking Analyst within Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries. Additionally, Alec participated in a summer internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and gained early experience through internships at APCO Worldwide and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of the Holy Cross and completed the Business Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
