Earlier in their career, Andrew was the General Counsel at Dachis Group, responsible for all legal matters for the company's seven offices. Andrew also served as the Vice President - General Counsel at The Topps Company, where they handled legal matters and served as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Andrew began their career as a Lawyer at King & Spalding, where they specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and securities matters. Andrew worked on both public and private transactions and managed large deal teams.

In addition to their legal roles, Andrew also served as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Razorfish.
