Andrew Gasper

Andrew Gasper has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andrew is currently the Chief Governance Officer at Wonder, a fast-growing food tech-startup. In their role, they are responsible for raising the bar on the role food plays in people's lives and leading a team of food-lovers, entrepreneurs, and innovators.

Before Wonder, Andrew held several roles at Jet, a business within Walmart eCommerce. Andrew started as the General Counsel, where they were responsible for all legal matters for Jet.com, including fundraising transactions and the acquisition of Hayneedle. Andrew later transitioned to become the General Manager of Jet.com and subsequently the Vice President of Business Development, leading strategic initiatives at Walmart eCommerce.

Prior to their time at Jet, Andrew worked at Walmart eCommerce as a Vice President and General Counsel for Jet.com. Andrew also served as the Vice President of Walmart eCommerce, overseeing legal matters for the company.

Earlier in their career, Andrew was the General Counsel at Dachis Group, responsible for all legal matters for the company's seven offices. Andrew also served as the Vice President - General Counsel at The Topps Company, where they handled legal matters and served as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Andrew began their career as a Lawyer at King & Spalding, where they specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and securities matters. Andrew worked on both public and private transactions and managed large deal teams.

In addition to their legal roles, Andrew also served as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Razorfish.

Andrew Gasper attended Lafayette College from 1990 to 1994, where they earned an AB degree in Math & Economics. Andrew then went on to the University of Virginia School of Law from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained their JD degree.
