Victor Dino Chmm, Cvit

Victor Dino, CHMM, CVIT has extensive work experience in the field of environmental, health, and safety. Victor is currently serving as the Senior Director of Environmental, Health & Safety at Wonder, a fast-growing food tech startup. In this role, Victor is responsible for transforming the way people dine at home through innovative approaches to food, logistics, technology, sustainability, and customer experience.

Prior to their current position, Victor worked at Sika Corporation for a decade. Initially recruited as the Director of Environment, Health & Safety, they were later promoted to Vice President and focused on driving product results and corporate EHS initiatives across 45 US manufacturing sites and warehouses. Victor successfully optimized the performance of their team and played a key role in implementing COVID-19 safety protocols and documentation.

Before joining Sika Corporation, Victor held the position of Corporate Manager of Health and Safety at Benjamin Moore & Co. Victor was brought in to drive strategic change for various regulatory programs and achieved significant improvements in worker safety and compliance for multiple manufacturing facilities and logistics/warehouse sites.

Victor also gained valuable experience at Quest International Flavors and Fragrances, where they served as the Manager and Assistant Manager of Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Affairs for North America. During their tenure, they successfully integrated a raw material manufacturer into Quest's EHS culture and improved site-wide compliance.

Throughout their career, Victor has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive change, improve safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Victor'saccomplishments and leadership capabilities have made a significant impact in the organizations they have worked for.

Victor Dino holds a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University, which they earned from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Chemistry from Stonehill College. The start and end years for their bachelor's degree are not provided.
