Shashwati Das is currently employed as a Human Resource Senior Executive at Wonder Home Finance since June 2022. Previously, Shashwati worked as a Human Resources Executive at Aavas Financiers Ltd from January 2021 to June 2022. Shashwati holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JIET SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY FOR GIRLS and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Department of Management Studies, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. Shashwati completed their schooling at St. Anne's School in Jodhpur.
