Neil Weaver

Neil Weaver has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Neil currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Wonder, a position they have held since October 2022. Previously, they worked as the Supply Chain Director at Cath Kidston from November 2018 to June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Supply Chain Director, Active Division at Pentland Brands from January 2017 to November 2018. Neil also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Speedo International Ltd from January 2015 to January 2017, and as the Head of Global Sourcing from February 2013 to January 2015. Neil held various roles at PZ Cussons, including MD from June 2008 to February 2013 and International Supply Chain Director from June 2005 to June 2008. Neil started their career as a Purchasing Manager at RECKITT BENCKISER from 2000 to 2002.

Neil Weaver obtained a 1st degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Bath between 1991 and 1994.
