Lorena Márquez González has a diverse work experience in the culinary and events industry. Lorena started their career as a culinary intern at NH Hotel Group in 2011, where they gained practical experience in different areas of the kitchen. Lorena then worked at Eat Catering, where they held dual roles as a commercial events coordinator and a chef, showcasing their skills in event management and catering. Lorena also worked at Flor Eventos as a events salesperson, responsible for organizing and coordinating social and corporate events. Lorena further expanded their culinary skills at Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid as an assistant in the protocol department, where they assisted in organizing internal and external events. Lorena joined NH Hotel Group again in 2016 as an assistant kitchen director, responsible for human resources management. Lorena held the position until 2017 when they transitioned into a chef role in the banquet department, demonstrating their versatility in both cold and hot food preparations. In 2019, Lorena joined Casa Lolea as a cook, specializing in cold and hot food preparation, order management, and ingredient sourcing. Currently, they are employed as a head chef at Wonderfood.bio starting from August 2020.

Lorena Márquez González has a diverse education history with a focus on event organization and gastronomy. In 2009, they attended UADE where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, and later in 2010, they completed a Technical degree in Gastronomy at the Instituto Argentino de Gastromía. In 2012, Lorena completed a Wedding Planner course at UADE. Lorena then pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Event Organization at the Universidad Camilo José Cela in 2015. Additionally, Lorena obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations at Cerem Business School in 2016, specializing in HR management and personnel administration.
