Joseph Mkhonza

Joseph Mkhonza has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Joseph is currently working as the Manager Incident and Release at Wonderlabz SA since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior IT Change and Release Manager at Wipro Limited from November 2013 to February 2021. Before that, Joseph worked as the Senior Manager OD Change Management at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) from September 2011 to October 2013. Joseph also held multiple roles at Standard Bank, including Change, Incident, Problem, Continuity and Release Manager from January 2005 to September 2011, and Team Leader IT Command Centre from March 2004 to 2005. Throughout their career, Joseph has excelled in delivering change strategies, building relationships, inspiring stakeholder engagement, and providing leadership during times of change and transition. Joseph is adaptable, flexible, and demonstrates a high level of integrity in their dealings.

Joseph Mkhonza obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Finance from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Joseph attended the university from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including PagerDuty Foundational Practitioner from PagerDuty in August 2021, ITIL Change management practitioner from Forster-Melliar in October 2008, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from Foster-Melliar in June 2007, and IT service management from Foster-Melliar in July 2005.
