John Chaffins

John Chaffins is an experienced leader in innovation design and user experience, currently serving as the Director of Innovation Design at Wondros since October 2015. With a strong focus on healthcare, Chaffins has collaborated with prominent organizations such as the C3N Project at University of Cincinnati Hospital Medical Center and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, applying proven design methodologies to advance their missions. Previous roles include Director of Salesforce User Experience & Product Design at Nuage Group, Director of Product Design at Wondros, and Director of Product Design & Construction at Lybba, where notable contributions included the development of digital tools for collaborative chronic care. Chaffins also held positions at Cross Country Healthcare, JFK Medical Center, and Columbia/HCA Healthcare. Chaffins holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Record Administration from The Ohio State University.
