Grace Gutierrez

Grace Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Grace most recently worked at WONGDOODY as Head of Resource starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Resource and Operations at 11:FS from 2020 to 2023, where they implemented effective processes, leveraged analytics for data-driven decisions, and created leadership reports on resource KPIs. Before that, they worked as a (Freelance) Network Manager at OLIVER Agency in 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Senior Resource Manager at R/GA, where they managed resource management across three offices and implemented initiatives for capacity utilization and process improvements. Prior to that, they worked at Holler as a Resource Manager & Project Manager from 2011 to 2016, and at Royal Albert Hall as a PA to COO and FD from 2009 to 2011.

Grace Gutierrez obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History of Art from the University of East Anglia, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Grace further pursued their education at the same institution and received a Master of Arts (MA) degree in World Art Studies from 2008 to 2009.
