Stephanie Horowitz

Stephanie Horowitz is an experienced professional with a robust background in trust and safety operations. Currently serving as the Director of Trust Operations at Wonolo since May 2021, Stephanie previously held multiple roles at Lyft from June 2014 to May 2021, including Manager of Safety and Senior Trust and Safety Team Lead. Before Lyft, Stephanie worked at Eventbrite as a Senior Client Services Associate and Trust and Safety Specialist. Additional experience includes positions at One Workplace, Literary Bird Journal, Sierra Arts Gallery, Walton's Grizzly Lodge Summer Camp, Insight Magazine, and Mountain View Montessori. Stephanie holds a B.A. in English and Writing, as well as Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, and has enriched their education with studies at Università degli Studi di Torino and Charles University.
