Al Poh is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the digital assets and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at WOO X since April 2024, Al previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Bake and Cake Group, where significant growth was achieved even in challenging market conditions. Al's recruitment expertise is further demonstrated through previous roles at Xfers, Beam, TenX, HARMAN International, TÜV SÜD, and the co-founding of The Professionals Search. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and a Diploma in Business Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
