Amy Francis is a talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in operational roles within prominent organizations. Currently employed as a Talent Acquisitions Operations Specialist at Chainlink Labs, Amy previously founded Beyond The Hire Ltd and held significant positions at Publicis Groupe as Head of Talent Acquisition Operations and at Digitas UK as Talent Acquisition Operations Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
