Aimee Sparkes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and management, currently serving as General Manager at WOÔ since October 2016, where Aimee leads a 35-person team specializing in advocacy and influence for the L'Oréal group. Aimee's responsibilities include overseeing 360° marketing strategies, client guidance, budget management, and performance analysis. Prior roles at WOÔ included Client Partner and Account Manager, where Aimee excelled in managing teams and developing marketing strategies for renowned clients such as Lancôme and YSL Beauty. Aimee's career also includes digital media roles at Hawthorn Football Club and coaching experience, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree and a Diploma of Languages from RMIT University.
