Katrina Rae

Katrina Rae currently serves as Reward Director at Wood Mackenzie since October 2023 and has held the role of Reward & Benefits Lead at Spirit Energy since August 2017, where additional responsibilities included serving as HR Business Partner. Previously, Katrina Rae worked as Employee Relations Manager at Centrica from September 2016 to August 2017. Katrina Rae holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in English Law from the University of Dundee, earned between 2013 and 2016.
