Mauro Chavez has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Mauro Chavez holds a PhD in Energy Planning from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, obtained from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from the National University of Engineering, which they completed from 2002 to 2007.
