Simon Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Simon started their career as an Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group before moving on to work as a Consultant at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, where they gained experience in engineering and technology solutions. Following this, Simon joined Cranfield School of Management to pursue an MBA program.

After completing their education, Simon worked at KPMG Boxwood as a Senior Consultant, specializing in business transformation and change management. Simon then joined BP as a Manager in Commercial Performance Improvement, where they led multiple projects and supported various functions across the energy value chain.

Simon returned to Wood Mackenzie as a Senior Manager, focusing on strategic issues and working with national oil companies, regulators, governments, and independents. Simon later became a Director at Wood Mackenzie, responsible for helping senior leaders navigate complex challenges and growing the company's Africa business.

Additionally, Simon founded OneProtein, a company they led as a Founder, further highlighting their entrepreneurial abilities.
