Simon Borisewitz

Simon Borisewitz has extensive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on leadership and management roles. Simon began their career in 2003 at Asda Stores Ltd, where they held various management positions. Simon then went on to work at Travelex as a Labour Productivity Manager and at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc as an HR Manager. In 2010, Simon joined Makro Self Service Wholesalers Ltd. as an HR Manager before moving to Dollar Financial Group in 2012 as the Head of HR for the Rest of World division. During their time at Dollar Financial Group, Simon managed HR operations for multiple subsidiaries across Europe. In 2018, they joined Certitude as the Head of HR for a short period before transitioning to their current role at Wood Mackenzie. At Wood Mackenzie, Simon initially served as the Director of Human Resources before being promoted to Vice President in October 2021. Their work experience highlights their expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, recruitment, employee engagement, and policy development.

Simon Borisewitz obtained a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick between 1998 and 2001. Simon also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the University of Surrey from 2010 to 2012.
