Adrian Allatt

Adrian Allatt is a seasoned project executive with extensive experience in construction management, particularly in multi-family and commercial projects. Currently serving at Wood Partners since March 2021, Adrian previously held roles at Greenlight Communities as a senior project manager, where oversight of significant multi-family developments in the Phoenix area was achieved, successfully completing projects exceeding $100M on budget and on schedule. Prior experience includes project management roles at Path Construction, where responsibilities encompassed commercial new construction and senior living facility remodels, and as a principal at Anvil Development, focusing on residential construction and development. Earlier in Adrian's career, management of multiple communities at Toll Brothers showcased full profit and loss responsibility, while the auditing experience at Resnick Amsterdam Leshner provided a solid foundation in financial analysis. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
