Andrew Steffens

Andrew Steffens began their work experience in 2005 as a Property and Casualty Producer at Wade & Egbert Insurance Partners. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued and completed their MBA at the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Andrew then worked at Citigroup as an AVP-Asset Management from 2010 to 2012, followed by a role as AVP- New Business Underwriting at Citi from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Andrew joined Alliance Residential Company as a Development Associate, later transitioning to become the Middle Tennessee Director of Development in 2015. Andrew established an office and presence for Alliance Residential in Nashville until 2018. Andrew then became the Regional Director of Investments at Ram Realty Services from 2018 to 2019. Since 2019, they have been working as the Managing Director at Wood Partners.

Andrew Steffens attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Finance.
