Henry E. (Hank) Menninger, Jr. serves as Senior Counsel at Wood & Lamping LLP since November 1988, specializing as Chairman of the Bankruptcy and Debtor/Creditor Rights Practice Area and holding a license as a Real Estate Title Insurance Agent. Prior to this role, Menninger was a Partner at Nieman, Aug, Elder & Jacobs from 1977 to 1988, where the focus was on General Law Practice with an emphasis on Residential Real Estate Transactions and Bankruptcy. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law (1977), a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati (1972), a College Preparatory Diploma from Elder High School (1968), and an elementary education from St. Teresa Elementary School (1964).
