Simon Pearson

Simon Pearson is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Head of Construction at Woodalls since July 2024, Simon is dedicated to upholding the company's reputation for excellence and innovation. Previously, Simon held key positions at Unispace, including Head of Construction and Regional Principal for Delivery, and contributed to operations as Operations Director at Area. Other notable roles include Head of Construction and Commercial Director at Maris Interiors LLP, Contracts Manager at Morgan Lovell, and Contracts Manager at bluu solutions. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University, attained between 1993 and 1997.
