Beth Sweitzer

Beth Sweitzer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, Talent & HR at Woodard & Curran since October 2018, Beth is responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that enhance business performance and align talent initiatives with organizational goals. Previously, Beth held roles such as Senior Manager of Talent Management and Acquisition at York County Community Action Corporation, and Senior Manager of Human Resources at TD, where notable projects included workforce management and compensation analysis. Beth holds both a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
