Joshua P. Boltz

Joshua P. Boltz is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Senior Technical Leader, Vice President, and Principal at Woodard & Curran since April 2022, where leadership of strategically significant projects and collaboration with Practice Leaders on technical direction and innovation are key responsibilities. Previously, from May 2018 to May 2022, Boltz held the position of Research Assistant Professor at Arizona State University. Prior roles include Water Resource Recovery Technology and Innovation Leader at Volkert, Inc. (2016-2018), focusing on water resource recovery facility design and business development, and Biofilm Technologies Practice Leader at CH2M (2005-2016), specializing in wastewater treatment plant design and process optimization. Joshua P. Boltz possesses a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Engineering and Applied Science and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Orleans, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
