Rebecca Talbert

As the Chief Legal Officer, Rebecca oversees the legal function and serves as legal advisor to Woodard & Curran’s leadership and senior management. She promotes and guides the overall legal policy and strategy of the Company in support of its long-term goals and objectives. As part of the leadership team, Rebecca directly supports the growth of the Company through strategic partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Board of Directors, President of Consulting and Strategic Business Unit Leaders on current and anticipated legal and business matters, including complex transactions.

Prior to joining Woodard & Curran in 2011, Rebecca served clients in private practice in New York, New York and Washington, D.C. where her practice focused on large international commercial disputes and complex insurance coverage matters within the environmental and pharmaceutical industries.
