Amanda Conschafter has extensive work experience in the field of communications, writing, and public affairs. Amanda currently serves as the Partner & Senior Vice President at Woodberry Associates, where they lead the Strategic Communications division and crafts cohesive and compelling narratives to inform public policy. Prior to this, Amanda worked as the Communications Director at Alliance for Patient Access from 2014 to 2020. Amanda also worked as a Freelance Writer in the advocacy and nonprofit sector from 2011 to 2014. Before that, Amanda served as a Technical Proposal Editor/Marketing Writer at XTec Incorporated, where they collaborated on government proposals, drafted various marketing materials, and maintained Top Secret clearance. Amanda also worked as an Account Executive, Writing Services at DCI Group, where they edited client-ready writing and managed a team of contract ghostwriters. Additionally, Amanda gained experience as a Graduate Assistant at Converse University's Writing Center, where they oversaw office operations, consulted with students on academic writing, and conducted presentations for undergraduate classes. Amanda also served as a Legislative Correspondent for Senator Lindsey Graham in the United States Senate, where they corresponded with constituents on various policy issues. Amanda started their career as an intern at The White House.
