Jon Robertson

Jon Robertson has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jon currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Woodbridge Pacific Group since August 2021. Previously, they held the position of Division President at Taylor Morrison from February 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they worked at William Lyon Homes as both a Regional President from April 2019 to January 2020 and a Division President from September 2012 to March 2019.

Prior to their time at William Lyon Homes, Jon was the Senior Vice President at CALIFORNIA PACIFIC HOMES for nearly 20 years. In this role, they led various departments and built business relationships outside traditional residential development. Jon also has experience as the President of STONERIDGE HOMES, where they completed land development and construction projects. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager/Vice President at FREDRICKS DEVELOPMENT, overseeing land acquisition and project entitlements. Jon began their career as a Project Engineer at CARTER STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS, where they worked on multiple residential and commercial projects.

From 1975 to 1979, Jon Robertson attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering. No further information is available regarding their field of study during this time.
