Roy Alderslade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the heating and construction industries. As the Managing Director of Woodford Heating & Energy Ltd since January 1994, Roy has led the company's significant growth, establishing it as a premier Mechanical Services Designer and installer for major developers in London. Prior to this role, Roy was a Director and joint founder of Karm Developments from January 2008 to March 2012, focusing on repurposing land and buildings for residential and student accommodation. Earlier in their career, Roy operated RA Plumbing & Heating as a sole trader from January 1983 to May 1986, where foundational business and industry skills were developed. Roy's educational background includes attending Highams Park from 1970 to 1976.
