Joon Kwon

Joon Kwon began working at Woodforest National Bank in May 2021 as a Business Analyst. Before that, Joon worked at ExxonMobil for several years in various roles. Joon served as a Well Construction & Operations- Scrum Master, where they educated team members on backlog grooming and increased efficiency in meetings. They also conducted an Agile maturity assessment and implemented team building exercises to improve trust among team members.
