Natalie Goolsby, PMP, SSM, has over 15 years of experience in project and program management. Natalie currently serves as a Program Manager at Woodforest National Bank, where they are responsible for managing programs and projects. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a Sr. Project Manager at the same company. Natalie also has experience working at Plains All American as a Manager, PMO, where they developed and implemented PMO processes and policies. Natalie's work at Plains All American also included leading a major initiative to upgrade a telematics application and deploy mobile devices.

Before joining Plains All American, Natalie worked at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. in various roles, including Lead, Business Technology Services and PMO. In this role, they were responsible for portfolio management, financial management, and resource management. Natalie also served as a Portfolio Manager, where they oversaw PMO operations and introduced Agile to the project management processes. Natalie also worked at SAIC as a Project Manager, managing BP Documentum staff augmentation projects. Additionally, Natalie worked at Waste Management, where they served as a Program Manager and a Project Manager, overseeing various projects and managing the conversion of legacy applications.

Throughout their career, Natalie has demonstrated strong project management skills, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and effective communication with stakeholders. Natalie has also implemented PMO methodologies and introduced Agile practices to improve project management processes. Natalie is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has experience working with MS Project and SharePoint.
