Brooks Dame

Brooks Dame has extensive experience in the millwork industry, currently serving as a Woodgrain Board member and the Director of Sales for the Millwork Division at Woodgrain Millwork since May 2006. Previous roles at Woodgrain include Vice President of the Door Division, Vice President of Human Resources, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Global Sourcing Manager, where significant contributions included establishing Woodgrain's first buying office in China. In addition to leadership at Woodgrain, Brooks serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Wood Moulding & Millwork Producers Association and a Board Member for HELP International. Previous experience also includes founding and directing Proof Eyewear, specializing in sustainable wooden eyewear, and various marketing roles. Brooks holds an IMBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Spanish and Business from Brigham Young University.
